Embassy Suites Cleveland - Beachwood

We missed breakfast because we were on the road by 7am but one day we did get it and it looked great especially having someone making omelets to order! It was a huge and impressive hotel. Lots of grass areas for the dogs. Our room did start to leak the last morning. It was in the doorway between the bedroom and livingroom area. So someone above us must have spilled a lot or something happened to have it leak there. The front desk people were very nice.

Clean, nice accommodations, always an amazing hot breakfast, great laundry facilities!

This hotel is about 20 minutes from downtown Cleveland and 20 minutes from Cuyahoga Valley National Park, as well as near a lot of big box stores for any travel needs. As with other Embassy Suites the rooms circle a central grand courtyard which the kids thought was cool.

I liked the ppl/staff at the property most. They made my family and me feel welcome. The ladies Jackie, Char and Whitney were all fantastic. We enjoyed the breakfast, Manager’s Special @ 5pm daily, the parking arrangement being easily accessible from our room which was located right outside of the lunchroom on the first floor.

Convenient location off the 421, close to sufficient options for food, located in a relatively quiet corporate community. Room size was much larger than I anticipated for the price. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the room including bed and pillows. My room was located above the pool area and had a slight smell of chlorine, which actually made the room smell cleaner. Breakfaast buffet included in price was very good - a hot breakfast with made to order omelets or scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, and sausage patties. Overall, very happy on multiple measures.
